TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION

1. a. By entering the ˜Glee Quiz™ (Competition), you confirm that: you have read and understood these terms and conditions (Terms) and agree to be bound by them; and

b.In doing so you do not breach any applicable laws. Each of FIC (ME), RMS, and its subsidiaries will not be responsible for any entrant entering the Competition unlawfully or otherwise in breach of applicable law. You are advised to check or seek advice on the law applying to you before entering the Competition.

2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms, even if they are provided elsewhere. You must strictly comply with the entry requirements, or your entry will be invalid and/or disqualified.

3. Entries to the Competition must be received between April 21st/ 16:00 KSA and May 20th/ 2:00 KSA. Any entry received at any other time shall be void.

4. The Promoters reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to:

. amend or vary any of the Terms, the entry requirements and/or the prizes at any time without prior notice and by entering the Competition you agree to any such amended Terms; and/or

. terminate or disqualify your entry or reclaim any prize at any time if they believe you have breached of any of the Terms (whether discovered during or after the end of the Competition).

5. All entries must be your own original work and must not be copied from any other work. If the Promoters believe your entry is copied from any other work, in whole or in part, your entry will be disqualified.

6. No entry fee is necessary to enter the Competition.

7. Employees of the Promoters, their related companies and advertising agencies, and the immediate families of such employees, may not enter the Competition.

Prize(s)

8. The prize(s) for the Competition are as follows (Prize(s)): Grand Prize of a 2 tickets to the O2 Arena in London to watch the Glee performance live on the 29th of June 2011, with economy air tickets for 2, and 4 star hotel accommodation in London for 2 nights. In addition to 20 lucky winners getting Glee Music Cd Vol 1 – 5.

9. The winner of the grand prize are solely responsible for issuing their Visa’s to the UK and FIC is not responsible for that.

10. The winner(s) of the Prize(s) will be selected at the Promoter™s sole discretion on the basis of getting all 3 answers correct.

11.The Prize(s) are subject to variation at the discretion of the Promoters, and any change will be final and binding upon every entrant in the Competition.

12. The winner(s) of the Competition will be announced on the channel by 21st May 2011. The winner(s) will be notified separately by email and will be required to acknowledge receipt of such email within 5 working days of such receipt. Winner(s) who fail to acknowledge receipt of such email will not be entitled to claim any part of their prize(s). The Promoters reserve the right in their sole and absolute discretion to deal with any unclaimed prize(s) in any manner.

13. The Prize(s) will be given to the winner(s) in the form specified above. The winner(s) must accept the Prize(s) in that form. The Prize(s) are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind, either in part or in full, except at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoters. The Prize(s) cannot be sold or bartered. There is no refund for the Prize(s), if partially used or consumed.

14. The Promoter reserves the right in their sole and absolute discretion to deal with any unclaimed Prize(s) in any manner they consider appropriate.

15. The Promoters and the sponsors of the Prize(s) shall not under any circumstances be responsible or liable for any failure of any Prize(s) to reach the winner(s).

16. By entering the Competition, you release the Promoters and the sponsors of the Prize(s) from any claim, action, demand, responsibility or liability arising out of or in connection with the Competition or the Prize(s), including for any failure or breach by any party in connection with the Competition or any Prize(s).

Use of material

17. By participating in the Competition, and in particular by submitting an entry, you: irrevocably grant and/or assign to the Promoters all rights of every kind (including without limitation any copyright) in and to the following (the Material), including without limitation the right to exploit the Material in or through any and all media and formats now existing or hereafter developed, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, in connection with the Competition, the Promoters, or otherwise and for advertising, promotional and/or any other purpose the Promoters see fit at their absolute discretion, by the Promoters and/or any party authorized by the Promoters, without compensation:

(i) your name and likeness;

(ii) your answer(s) to any Competition question(s);

(iii) any photograph(s), video(s), drawing(s) or other material(s) you submit as a part of your entry into the Competition; and

(iv) any other information or material you provide or which is otherwise available to the Promoters through or in association with the Competition; warrant that your Entry is entirely your own work and does not incorporate any material which belongs to any other party; waive, to the maximum extent possible under applicable law, your moral rights and all rights of similar nature in and to the Material;expressly release each of the Promoters from any claim, action or demand arising out of or in connection with the Competition or their prize, if any; andagree to indemnify the Promoters, their agents, employees, representatives, associates, affiliates, parent and subsidiary companies against any and all claims, losses, costs, damages, liability and/or expenses arising out of your breach of any of the Terms, and in particular for any claim by any third party that any of the Material breaches that or any other party™s intellectual property or other rights.

18. Any winner(s) of the Competition may, at no cost to the Promoters, be requested to participate in public relations events relating to the Competition. This may include, but not be limited to, quotes given for inclusion in press releases, press conferences, and interviews.

Miscellaneous

19. The Promoters have no responsibility or liability for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entrants' information, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of: any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof.

20. If, for any reason, the Competition is not capable of running as planned, for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters, the Promoters reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, in whole or in part, at their sole discretion, and to take whatever action they see fit against any person causing or contributing to such interference with the Competition.

21. The Promoter™s decisions as to any matter relating to the Competition shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

22. The law applicable to the Competition and the Terms is the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) and the courts of the HKSAR will have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute arising in relation thereto.
